If you're new to a plant-based or vegan diet then going food shopping for the first time can be quite daunting, so I've put together a list of what my fridge and kitchen cupboards usually consist of. I don't buy everything on this list every week (the cupboard items such as oats usually last a few weeks) but it'll give you a general idea of what to buy if you're unsure! Sometimes I buy different fruit and vegetables but I've listed the ones I buy most weeks.
